Chef Nobu Matsuhisa brings his Japanese dishes infused with South American influences, including the Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Jalapeño, New Style Sashimi, Toro Tartare, Rock Shrimp Tempura, and the acclaimed Nobu sushi.
Diners can choose between the main dining room or the Sushi Counter, where chefs prepare dishes before their eyes for an intimate culinary experience.
